Shipping Area


Orders are shipped exclusively within the European Union.

This choice allows for :

  • avoiding complex administrative formalities related to the export of cultural goods,

  • ensuring faster and more reliable shipping,

  • providing appropriate insurance coverage for numismatic objects.

No shipping outside the European Union is offered.

Transport and Insurance


Shipments are carried out via carriers selected for their reliability and their ability to insure valuable and collectible items.

Currently, shipments are made via PostNL, the only carrier that presently meets insurance requirements for numismatic objects in a satisfactory manner.

Each shipment includes :

  • careful and discreet packaging,

  • a tracking number,

  • insurance adapted to the value of the order.

The maximum insurance coverage per parcel is €500. If the value of your order exceeds this amount, please contact us before finalising the reservation.

Shipping Costs


Shipping costs :

  • include packaging, transport, and insurance,

  • are calculated based on the destination country and the shipping method,

  • are clearly indicated before reservation confirmation.

Due to the use of specialised carriers, shipping costs may be higher than standard delivery rates, but they ensure better protection of the shipped coins.

Shipping times


Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.

The tracking number will be provided as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on :

  • the destination country,

  • periods of high activity (public holidays, end-of-year period),

  • the carrier.

Liability and receipt


The seller’s responsibility applies until the parcel is handed over to the carrier. Nevertheless, in the event of an issue, the seller will assist the buyer in receiving the parcel and will involve the insurance to compensate for any loss duly confirmed by the carrier.

The buyer is requested :

  • to check the condition of the package upon receipt,

  • to report any anomalies or damage observed promptly, both to the seller and to the carrier.
